An Outreach of Anchor Christian Ministries

In March of 2007, Dr. Greene received a mandate from God. Reach the lost, teach and edify the un-churched believers and equip and strengthen the modern day church for the work of the end time harvest. Anchor Christian Ministries was birthed! Outreach meetings would be established to accomplish the mandate.

While driving home from a meeting in Virginia, Dr. Greene asked God a simple question. “What do you want me to call these meetings?” “Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” This was to become the underlying theme behind the purpose of this ministry. From that moment on, “A Resting Place” Christian Center would become an Oasis for the Soul.
